We hope this page will answer some of the questions you have about Relay. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please click on the "Contact Us" link on the navigation bar at the left and fill out the feedback form. We will get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible.

  • My team captain has a packet called called WYNK. (What YOU Need to Know!) Can I get a copy of that?
    • Yes! Click here to download and print your own copy. This is basically a packet of information as well your welcome to the Relay. It includes many important meeting and rally dates in addition to information about fundraising and tips for turning in money.

  • Is there something different about the individual incentives this year?
    • Yes! You will now have a choice of incentives if you reach the $250, $500, $1000, and $2000 levels. To read more about the new Voucher Program, click on "Fundraising" on the navigation bar at the left and then select "Fundraising Incentives."

  • Do you have any fundraising ideas for my team?
    • We sure do!
    • Click here to download "10 Easy ways to Raise $100."
    • Check out the Ongoing Fundraisers page and see what other teams are doing. Also, at the bottom of that page are some additional fundraising suggestions.
    • Write letters to friends and family. You can include this "Sponsorship Form" with your letter as a way of asking for money. Click here to download a word document which you can copy and paste.

  • How does my team get a tent site?
    • Tents sites are awarded in registration order. In other words, as soon as your team registers for the Relay and pays the $100 registration fee, your team will be added to the list to pick a tent site.
    • Tent sites will be chosen at a Relay Rally in the spring at Lancaster Catholic High School. Someone from your team must be at the Rally to choose your site.

  • Are there guidelines to follow for the tent decorating contest?
